Self-Help Resources is where you will find information and resources on mental health, mental illnesses, substances, and substance use problems. Get an overview of the particular topic and find BC resources or services in the info sheets, or dive in and learn skills in the workbooks. You can also sort resources by audience to find information for individuals, for family members or other loves ones, and for professionals.

Popular info sheets include Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Getting Help for Mental Illnesses.
