Healthy Minds - Healthy Campuses Webinar Updates

Dear Campus Community Members:

We plan to host one final learning event for this period on Friday March 30, 2012 from 10:00am-11:30am. We received some late notice funding to produce an environmental scan of substance use prevention programming on BC campuses. Some of you will have connected with our researcher/writer Kristina Brache, who has been compiling the report on our behalf. Our collaborators at CARBC will also be adding their responses to the final product.

This final learning event will be a teleconference for us to report out our findings. Given the very short notice for this event, we will be both archiving the event, and hosting a follow up session later in April.

- Overview of substance use programming with demonstrated effectiveness (focus upon illicit substance use, non-prescription use of pharmaceuticals, and some commentary on energy drinks)
