If cannabis is dangerous, why are we legalizing it?
Legalizing cannabis provides an opportunity to put in place regulations to minimize potential harms. The danger of buying and using any illegal drug is that we can never know for sure what exactly is in it. Since cannabis is illegal, it is unregulated.

Someone else’s illness is not your fault. You also can’t control how someone else feels, their illness, or the things they do or say. What you can do is take care of yourself. Learning more about your parent’s illness can make it a bit easier to understand what they experience.

Beyond Loneliness
When Amie's mother came to Canada from the Philippines, her mother become lonely and depressed.
