We offer two options to order resources:

Order securely through the online store of the Canadian Mental Health Association, BC Division, which processes orders on behalf of HeretoHelp. In the Search Catalog drop-down at the top, choose "Here to Help."

Fill out our order form. It can be faxed to 604-688-3236 or emailed to [email protected] for processing.
Can I receive any publications for free?
Anyone living in BC, including health care professionals in the public or non-profit sector can request single copies of HeretoHelp publications free of charge. (This does not extend to promotional products). Request a single copy by emailing [email protected] or completing an order form.
If you are an organization in BC which is involved in organizing free education events for the public, you may be eligible to receive a kit of free HeretoHelp resources for specific events in the month of October. To learn more, see our Beyond the Blues page and orientation video.
