Dealing with Psychosis: A toolkit for moving forward with your life

DWP teaches skills that help you manage symptoms of psychosis and move forward with your life. First, you'll learn more about psychosis and treatments. You'll learn more about monitoring your own symptoms, how they affect you, and what might make them worse. Next, you'll learn important skills like taking care of your health, solving problems, setting goals, and connecting with other people. Finally, you'll learn about moving forward and preventing relapse. This booklet can be used with the help of a Support Person—someone who can help you work through the toolkit and provide feedback. It's meant to be used alongside other treatment strategies, such as medication. Learn more about DWP and download the toolkit here.

DWP was developed by Fraser Health, with funding from the British Columbia Ministry of Health.
